An independent business law firm, based in the city center of Luxembourg, is currently looking to hire an Associate, that will add more value to their Banking & Finance department.
This company advises their international clients base in the financial, corporate and fund sectors.
Your responsibilities
Advise creditors and debtors on Luxembourg insolvency and restructuring matters
Provide regulatory and capital markets advice
Draft all types of financing related documents (such as credit agreements, security documents, guarantees, etc) as well as legal opinions
Support the firm on regulatory and financial issues advisory
Strengthen the team in their international transactional work related to cross-border financings
Requirements
You have previous working experience in a law firm based in Luxembourg
You are a detail-oriented person committed to produce quality work
You are fluent in written and spoken French and English
