A CSSF-approved fund administrator is looking to strengthen their presence in Luxembourg with the hire of a new Senior Compliance Administrator: you will work with the CO in charge of Compliance and provide daily support to all regulatory activities.

Responsibilities
Actively participate in the implementation of ad hoc compliance and regulatory services
Ensure that all complaints are logged and dealt with
Delivery of training to staff on key compliance and regulatory matters
Review all notices and exchanges received from the regulator
Monitor relevant websites to ensure files are kept up to date
Be responsible for the signing off new business
Assist the management in providing regular reporting to the BoD
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant compliance experience in Luxembourg
Previous exposure in the AML / KYC and CFT environment
Strong motivation and a true passion for details
Fluency in English, any other language will be an asset
